V-Hub includes a feature designed to make life easier for buyers and sellers - NOTIFICATIONS. V-Hub users can now search for a coffee on V-Hub, save that search, and have the results sent to them as an email on a regular basis! Please read on.
Due to the constantly changing inventory on V-Hub buyers have to login constantly to check for new coffees. The result is what you would expect. Some people login all the time, others less often. That means some people miss coffees and auctions that might be interesting to them. With V-Hub buyers can receive a customized daily notification when new coffees they are interested in are added to V-Hub.
How does it work? It's simple. Let's take a look.
Creating a custom notification is simple
To get started, simply search for your favorite coffee, flavor or warehouse, etc. by visiting your favorite store or selecting Browse Coffees on the V-Hub homepage. Then search for the coffee you are interested in.
Saving your search is the first step
Check the results of your search and refine it if you want (to a specific warehouse or delivery area for example). Then, simply click on "Save search" to save your results based on your selected criteria. To save a search V-Hub needs your email address, so you need to be logged in. If you're logged in, you're good to go. If not, V-Hub will ask you to login and use those details to send you notifications.
Manage your searches and notifications
Once you've created a notification you can edit it and of course delete it. You can have as many notifications as you'd like. So if you are interested in multiple origins (or descriptors!), just add them. V-Hub will keep you up-to-date as its inventory of coffees is updated daily.
Receive notifications. Find new coffees and make new connections!
Once you've saved your search and setup your notification your'e set. The next time a coffee arrives on V-Hub that matches your criteria you'll be notified! It's really that easy. You can now rest assured that next time your favorite varietal or flavor arrives on V-Hub - you'll know right away.
